Profile

Koussa Architects are a design focused Architectural Practice which focuses on Quality of Design, Sustainability, Programme and Budget constraints.

Abdel Koussa founded Koussa Architects , in 2013, to offer a high quality design service aimed at delivering Architectural solutions that exceed client aspirations, meet site conditions and achieve budget and programme constraints. A rigorous and enthusiastic approach is applied to all projects from domestic extensions and one-off houses to mixed-use developments and Sport Architecture. Our fees are tested against market prices and are extremely competitive, making Koussa Architects a unique Architectural practice that offers the highest quality Architectural Design services at a price you CAN afford.

Abdel has over 17 years project running experience including 6 years spent working in London and 11 years spent working in Manchester.

Koussa Architects has a thorough understanding of what is required to take a project forward from inception to completion.

With a client’s only point of contact being the Managing Director, clients are assured of a truly professional level of attention and detail at every stage of a project.

Koussa Architects offer a vast range of Architectural Services that can be adapted to suit your specific requirements and the demands of your project. Below is a list of services we provide. If you see a service you require or you do not see what you are specifically looking for then please contact us for a no obligation chat or to arrange a no obligation “no fee” site visit or meeting. Site meeting can be a brief informal site meeting or a more detailed “Home Design Session” where we carry out a design workshop in the comfort of your own home.

Contact us if you are planning to extend or alter your home, build a new home or if you simply need to ‘draw and explore’ your ideas. We also undertake small retail and commercial projects and welcome working with developers and contractors.

Abdel Koussa States:

“I want to fully engage the client through the design process as I see myself as a professional who is helping to realise a vision or dream. I would never rush a client into a decision but would rather clearly communicate all the options available so the client can set themselves a clear and informed correct way forward. It is this meticulous emphasis on client focus which is why I practice on Saturdays. This allows me more time to dedicate to my clients who tend to work Monday to Friday themselves.

The Vision for Koussa Architects is to continue to provide the high level of personal service our client’s expect and contribute to the development of Architecture, regardless of the size of project or associated budget. As part of our service we offer full non-disclosure agreements on all our projects, ensuring 100% confidentiality.

Lastly I put my name to the practice and everything that is produced is a reflection of my reputation within the profession, therefore clients can gain assurance that they will get a truly professional and personal service.”1
