Located on a bend of the River Thames opposite the Millennium Dome, New Providence Wharf is a mixed-use development providing residential, hotel, and leisure uses. In line with an increasing demand for facilities to serve Canary Wharf workers, the project will enliven and regenerate the area. Abdel Koussa was one of the lead Architects on this project on behalf of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

Blenheim Norwest & Barratt Shell and core mixed use development for Hounslow including ASDA food store, medical centre, health club, residential apartments, London Underground transport Link, underground car parking & exterior hard landscaping. Abdel Koussa was lead Architect on this project on behalf of Michael Aukett Architects.
